Join a community-focused outpatient therapy team in Willow Grove, PA. Provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions that promote patients' return to community and daily activities. Supervise discipline-specific therapy services when assigned. Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues. Maintain documentation, compliance with physician orders and payer authorizations, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy required.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience completing comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, functional outcome assessments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
- Experience supervising or delegating therapy services and working with students preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient clinic settings with a focus on return-to-community or functional rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated participation in professional development and performance improvement activities.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Flexible 40 hours with 2 evenings required.
