Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Lakewood, WA, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This position emphasizes outpatient orthopedic caseloads with productivity and scheduling expectations. We appreciate your time and responsiveness.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience treating outpatient orthopedic patients preferred; outpatient experience is preferred by the client.
  • Must be able to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and seeing 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected.
  • Must be able to work the guaranteed 36 hours with the expectation to work up to 40 hours; any overtime must be approved by the director.
  • Must be able to float to nearby clinics as needed.
  • Will not accept PTA candidates. New graduates not accepted. First-time travelers accepted.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Outpatient orthopedic specialty experience preferred.

  • Shift name: Days.
  • Float to other clinics as required.
  • 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
  • Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
