Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing physical therapy in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Client requires availability for one of the following shift patterns: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care workflows.
- Familiarity with restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary care planning.
- Proficiency documenting in electronic medical records used in long-term care environments.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
- 13-week assignment.
- 30 guaranteed hours to start.
- May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
