Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT license required
• AHA BLS required

Assignment Details

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• No call required
• Facility setting includes a small rural clinic with primarily orthopedic cases and a variety of diagnoses
