Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Fort Bragg, CA, where you will help outpatients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a coastal Northern California community. You will plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions and serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required when license was obtained on or after January 2016. If licensed prior to January 2016, equivalent accredited PT degree acceptable.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapy experience required. Two years preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent (HS-BLS or RQI BLS) certification required from an approved vendor per facility policy.
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years‘ Physical Therapy experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- Experience serving in interdisciplinary teams preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 x 8s.
- Setting: Outpatient role.
- No on-call responsibilities.
