Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Pleasant Hill, CA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. We seek a clinician who will deliver skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered outcomes. Minimum Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with evaluating and treating geriatric and medically complex patients preferred.
  • Client requires availability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. (Client-specific requirement.)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
  • Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
  • Position is located in Pleasant Hill, CA at a skilled nursing facility.
