Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Client requires availability for either Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat shift patterns.
  • Ability to provide therapy for post-acute and long-term care populations, including experience with transfers, mobility training, and restorative programs preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic medical records documentation in post-acute care settings.
  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift pattern: Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat.
  • Float requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
