Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, and implement patient-specific treatment plans for geriatric populations preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with documentation systems used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: AM 8.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8.
