Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 12 months of home health physical therapy experience within the past 3 years (required).
- Experience with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience managing a caseload across a rural or wide geographic territory preferred.
Assignment Details
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- 40 hours per week.
- Caseload territory within a 50 mile radius of the Bartlesville region; travel between patient homes expected.
