Minimum Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required. Preferred: bachelor’s or master’s with equivalent clinical experience will be considered only if documentation supports competency.
  • Current, valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico at start of assignment or eligibility to obtain one prior to start.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • Clinical experience in hospital, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings preferred. New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience performing patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions for inpatient and outpatient populations preferred.
