Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and skilled therapy evaluation/treatment planning preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with mobility training, fall risk assessment, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
