Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma state license or eligibility to obtain state license prior to assignment start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient experience preferred. (Client preference.)
- New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered. (Client preference.)
- Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and see 12–14 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
- Willingness to float to other clinics as needed during the assignment. (Client requirement.)
- Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours; OT must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked. (Client requirement.)
