Physical Therapist - Travel Contract
Apply NowLooking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist specializing in Lymphedema and Oncology Rehabilitation in Gold Beach, OR. This role will support development of a new Oncology Rehabilitation and Lymphedema Program serving cancer patients and survivors. The position is primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage. Candidates who are certified and experienced in lymphedema care will play a central role in establishing clinical processes and patient care pathways.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification required.
- Experience treating lymphedema patients required.
- BLS certification required.
- NPI number required.
- Current Oregon Physical Therapy license preferred. Candidates without an Oregon license will be considered if willing and able to obtain licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient oncology rehabilitation programs preferred.
- Prior experience developing clinical programs or service lines preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 10 hour days.
- Schedule: Flexible; likely Saturday–Tuesday with options for 4x10s or 8-hour shifts based on therapist preference.
- Primarily outpatient setting with occasional inpatient coverage.
- Candidate may be required to float to a nearby facility in the same health network as needed.

Impacting Patient Care
This role supports establishment of an oncology and lymphedema service line that will improve care for cancer patients and survivors. The therapist will provide direct patient treatment, contribute to program design, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes across outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.
