Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum experience: No New Grads. Prior outpatient physical therapy experience required.
  • Competence with evaluation, plan of care development, goal writing, and documentation in outpatient electronic medical records.
  • Ability to perform therapeutic interventions that support functional return to community activities and to delegate/direct discipline-specific therapy services as needed.
  • Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and facility policies.
  • Preferred: Experience supervising students and participating in clinician education. Preferred: Familiarity with safe patient handling techniques.

  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Start: ASAP availability preferred.
