Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Minimum 1 year of current experience within the last 3 years in a hospital outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated Pelvic Health experience. Candidate must be fully independent in clinical care without mentorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience practicing in an outpatient clinic with pelvic health services preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: Monday–Thursday nine-hour shifts and Friday four-hour shift. Shifts and start times are somewhat flexible.
- Outpatient clinic setting with one pelvic health provider on site.
