Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
  • Home health experience required.
  • Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to complete OASIS documentation, admits, evaluations, and discharges.
  • Experience overseeing PTAs or supervisory experience preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel home health experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with business casual or scrubs dress code.


Assignment Details

  • Full-time schedule.
  • Productivity expectations: 30 visits.
  • Coverage area: Olympia and surrounding area. Mileage reimbursed between patients.
  • On-call/weekend requirement: No.
