Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active South Carolina state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is preferred.
  • Client may require demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and care pathways.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience.
  • Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall risk management.
  • Advanced training in geriatric rehabilitation or vestibular therapy preferred.
