Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Patient population includes a skilled nursing mix of short term and long term patients.
• Schedule is flexible Monday through Friday or a combination of weekdays and weekend days.
• EMR system: Net Health/PCC.
