Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year Home Health experience required.
• HCHB is a requirement.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• 40 hours per week
• No call
• Territory: North Napa County
• Productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day
