Minimum Requirements
- Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience in Home Health preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed PT preferred.
- Ability to provide care across a coverage area including Cambria County, Northern Cambria, and parts of Indiana County.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor and operating with mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits.
- Professional appearance: royal blue or black scrubs, or khakis and a polo shirt.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Work Schedule: 32 hours guaranteed per week.
- Shift Name: Other.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
- Weekend/On-call: Every eighth weekend; specifics to be discussed with the client.
- Coverage Area: Cambria, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County service areas.
