Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program approved by the APTA.
• Active West Virginia state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Competence with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid documentation expectations preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs and fall-risk management preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work pattern: 5x8.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
• Assignment may require flexibility to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
