Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program approved by the APTA.
- Active West Virginia state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Competence with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid documentation expectations preferred.
- Experience with restorative programs and fall-risk management preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
- Work pattern: 5x8.
- VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
- Assignment may require flexibility to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
