Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Minimum 1 year home health experience
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver‘s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle


Assignment Details

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Monday through Friday
  • No on-call requirement
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Coverage area includes King County and Snohomish County
  • Float to other nearby home health agencies as needed
