Physician Anesthesiology - Competitive Salary

Job Details:

• Anesthesiologists needed to cover hourly, weeknight call, and 24-hour weekend call shifts


• Schedule includes 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM


• Schedule includes 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM


• Weekday call hours run from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM


• Weekend call is 24 hours running from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM


• Estimated 60 shifts per month


• Providers will work in a care team model: 50% solo and 50% supervision


• Solo cases involve seeing patients starting at pre-op and managing the case through to finish


• Supervision involves overseeing CRNAs starting at pre-op at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:4 nurse anesthetists


• No pediatric cases for patients under 13 years of age in the OR; no open heart or neuro cases


• Must be willing to handle solo cases as well as supervise


• Must be familiar with Epic to be considered


• Must be located outside of a 40-mile radius from the facility


• DEA will be required prior to starting but is not required at time of submission
