Job Details:
- 5 general full-time physicians needed to support coverage across three facilities as needed
- Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
- Schedule includes a mix of on-site, restricted call, and unrestricted daily call including weekends
- Monday through Friday shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- OB Restricted Call (Monday - Friday): 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- Overnight Unrestricted Call (Monday - Friday): 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Saturday and Sunday OB Restricted Call: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- Saturday and Sunday General Unrestricted Call: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- On-site expectations include supervising 1 to 3 ORs under care team model
- Large tertiary surgical program with Obstetric coverage and dedicated Cardiovascular call support
- Care team model with CRNA supervision (1 to 3 CRNAs)
- Level II facility functioning as a Level I trauma center
- Board eligible and board certified candidates will be considered
- Experience preferred but new graduates will be considered

This facility is a well-established acute care hospital offering a comprehensive range of surgical and medical services to the greater Houston area. Operating as a Level II facility functioning at Level I trauma center capacity, it supports a large tertiary surgical program with dedicated Obstetric and Cardiovascular services. The anesthesiology department operates under a collaborative care team model, working alongside CRNAs to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple service lines.
