Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.
Position Highlights:
* Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14days off (7 PM - 7 AM)
* Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
* Work autonomously alongside a well-established team
* Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -
Physician Assistants (PA)
ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
