• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible physician in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology

• Join an established heart failure and transplant program

• Provide inpatient, outpatient, and critical care services for patients with:

  • Advanced heart failure

  • Mechanical circulatory support (MCS)

  • Heart transplants

• Growing program receives 600+ new referrals annually from across the state

• Opportunity to develop interests in pulmonary hypertension, amyloidosis, and sarcoidosis

• Seeking a physician interested in building a heart failure, MCS, and transplant-focused practice

Practice Resources:

• Nearly 10,000-square-foot clinic with 13 exam rooms

• On-site diagnostic services include:

  • Echocardiography

  • Laboratory services

  • X-ray

  • Cardiopulmonary stress testing

• Dedicated clinical support includes:

  • 4 VAD nurses

  • 3 transplant nurses

  • 6 heart failure nurses

  • 2 physician assistants

  • 3 advanced practice nurses

  • Social worker, pharmacist, and dietitian

• Administrative support includes a transplant administrator, financial manager, data coordinator, and clerical staff

• Statewide Shock/ECMO program

• 100+ ECMO cases annually

• Dedicated 12-bed ECMO unit
