• LOCATION- Cass Lake, MN Is 3:30 hours from Minneapolis, MN you get better car rental options or you can fly in to Bemidji, MN and it is 19min drive to Cass Lake. Bemidji, MN has hotels you can stay at.
  
• Worksite Type: Government : Indian Health Services
  
• Work Schedule: 7am - 7pm 7on7 off
  
• Staff Information: 3-4 ER Physicians on with Mid level support
  
• Patient Information: Census is 8-10 patients
  
• Required Procedures: Yes
  
• Requirements to apply: US Citizen; Stensive background check; fingerprints
• Privileging Details: 6-8 weeks with background checks and fingerprints
  
• License State: Anystate License
  
• Board Certification Requirements: BE/BC ABEM/ABFM with 2 years experience or ABIM 2 years of ER experience
  
• EMR: RPM
