Family Medicine Physician
to join our brand new
Primary Care team in Allendale, MI.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Opportunity Details Brand-new Primary Care office for the organization with a targeted October 2026 grand opening!
Full-spectrum primary care: Manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups.
Modern, supportive facility: The new office will also feature on-site Urgent Care and X-Ray services.
Collaborative team structure: The practice will be staffed with four providers two physicians and two APPs working together in a highly supportive environment.
Balanced schedule: Enjoy 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week.
Flexibility: The office will operate Monday-Friday, with opportunities to build a schedule that supports work-life balance.
Shared call: Participate in shared unrestricted call with family medicine physicians across the medical group, ensuring a manageable call burden.

Teaching opportunities: Engage in teaching Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows, if interested.

Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include: Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
