Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is growing in Primary Care! We are seeking 10 full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physicians to join our West Michigan team. Provide full-spectrum Primary Care: Manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care across all age groups.
Many beautiful stand-alone primary care facilities with onsite Labs, Urgent Care, and X-Ray services.
Flexibility: Our offices operate Monday-Friday, with opportunities to build a schedule that supports work-life balance.
Collaborative team structure: Our practices are staffed with providers who work together in a highly supportive environment.
Shared call: rotated with other Family Medicine Physicians in the network - phone call only

Requirements
Accepting new graduate or experienced Providers
Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
