You'll practice at our family medicine clinic in Susanville with support from Banner Lassen Medical Center, our 25-bed critical access hospital that has served Lassen County and surrounding rural communities since 2003.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• $290,000 base salary
• $100K sign-on/relocation bonus
• $100K sign-on bonus available from our Partnership grant (payable over 5 years)
