Job Description Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $290,000 (includes medical directorship)

• 15–20 patients/day
• Low-volume ED coverage (every 3rd week call)
• No procedures required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday clinic schedule
• 3–5 clinical days per week
• Dedicated administrative day
• Structured call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care across all ages
• Manage outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and ED patients
• Lead care teams and clinical coordination
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Support hospital operations and community health programs

Requirements

• MD/DO in Family Medicine
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• Eligible for Colorado licensure
• BLS & ACLS certification
• DEA license
