• Flexible schedules with 4 day work week
• All outpatient
• Opportunity to care for a full spectrum family practice panel, including dedicated pediatrics time, if desired
• See 20 patients per day
• True primary care medical home with dental, optometry, behavioral health on site as well as robust community health services department
• Healthy Steps site, parent educators on staff, lactation on site

• Diabetic nurse educator on site and MAT program
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $278,512.00 - $313,467.71/year

Qualifications
• Valid California Physician's License
• Maintains an updated CPR certificate, valid California driver's license, and valid DEA license
• Board Certified or Board Qualified in Family Medicine, preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain hospital admitting privileges at local hospital.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

We provide high quality, comprehensive and cost-effective full scope primary care services to underserved low-income communities in the Monterey Bay area, including Santa Cruz County and Monterey Counties. Salud began in Watsonville in 1978 as a storefront “free clinic,” and with a growing need for health services, in 1992 became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
