Job Description

Well respected healthcare facility in Western NY about 1hr from Rochester is seeking a Family Practice Physician.

  • Board Certified / Eligible Family Practice Physician
  • Full-time 40hrs a week M-F; Can be 4 (10's) or 5 days (8's)
  • Saturday twice a quarter 9a-12p
  • Call 1:9 (Phone a couple of times a quarter for a 24 hour period - very low volume)
  • Typically approx. 18-20ppd
  • 100% outpatient
  • Team orientated, family environment - providers all have been with the facility a long time; very low turnover
  • Excellent leadership
  • Great community, outdoor living
  • 200-230k salary depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance, sign-on, eligible for loan repayment, etc.
