Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: $257,000–$286,000

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000, subject to eligibility

• Productivity Bonus: Additional compensation based on wRVUs generated

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Truly Board-Eligible (within 0–7 years of residency completion) – Required

• Colorado Medical License: Highly preferred; must be obtained during credentialing and before the start date

• DEA Registration: Required before starting

• Most Recent NPDB Self-Query Report: Must be active and dated within the past 30 days; required at presentation

• Malpractice and Background History: Clean history highly preferred

• Visa Sponsorship: Candidates must disclose whether J-1 or H-1B visa support is required.
