Job Description*FM physician to lead an established outpatient Family Medicine practice with responsibility for clinical quality and care delivery.*Provide medical oversight and leadership for physicians, APPs, and clinical/office staff.*Oversee medical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient care standards.*Collaborate with practice and health system leadership on clinical and operational priorities.*Full-time role with a variable schedule, including weekends; $324K–$386K annual base salary range.*MD/DO with NJ license and BC/BE in Family Medicine required; prior leadership experience preferred.*Call/Text Matt Brewster @ 203-425-1311.
