• Position: Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)

• Setting: Community Health / FQHC

• Patient Population: All Ages | 20–22 Patients/Day

• Schedule: Flexible | Evenings & Weekends

• Start Date: ASAP

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, including vaccinations, medications, minor procedures, and health screenings. Coordinate referrals and follow-up while addressing patients’ medical, psychological, and social needs. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance, participate in quality improvement and community outreach, and support program initiatives as directed.

• MD/DO with active California License & DEA

• Board Certified/Board Eligible

• 5+ years of general practice experience

• Current BLS certification

⭐ Preferred: Experience working with refugee, immigrant, or underserved communities
