• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care to a diverse patient population.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Participate in an after-hours call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
• Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and ongoing improvements in patient care.
• Connect patients with laboratory, imaging, specialty, and other available resources.
• Maintain 36 patient-facing hours per week.
• On-Call Requirements: After-hours call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $257,000–$286,000 annually.
• Sign-on bonus eligibility up to $20,000.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or truly Board Eligible (within 0–7 years of residency completion).
