Panama City Beach, Florida – Primary Care Physician Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking four board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine physicians (MD/DO)

• Reason for need: new clinic opening

• Anticipated opening: April–August 2027; exact date to be determined

• The organization anticipates opening its first expansion location in April 2027, with additional locations opening approximately monthly thereafter

• Work exclusively at the Panama City Beach location

• Full-time position

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; must work five days per week

• Outpatient only

• Minimum of three years of experience required

• Must hold an active medical license and DEA registration

• Must be comfortable treating patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• See approximately 24 patients per day

• Standard appointments: 15-minute visits and 30-minute new patient visits

• Walk-in patient care included

• Most nurse practitioners practice autonomously

• NP supervision stipend, if required: $1,000 per month per NP

• Rotating phone call is very rare; a nurse line handles calls, with physicians contacted only for severe emergencies

• Access to fully functioning immediate care services for referrals

• EMR: Athena

• Base salary: $220,000–$250,000

• On-target earnings: approximately $350,000

• Many physicians earn $400,000+
