Job DescriptionBilingual Geriatrics / Primary Care Physician Opening Boston, MAFull Time | PACE / GeriatricsMust be fluent in both Mandarin and CantoneseSeeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a multidisciplinary PACE program providing comprehensive care to frail older adults in the Boston area.Position Highlights:Provide primary and geriatric care to high-risk older adults living in the communityLead an interdisciplinary care team focused on helping seniors remain safely at homePerform clinic, home, nursing home, and telehealth visitsManage chronic disease, acute illnesses, and post-hospital follow-up careParticipate in hospital rounding and shared call schedule M-F from 8a-4p.
