Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

• Salary range of $280K to $300K plus wRVU model
• $50K sign-on bonus
• Relocation reimbursement up to $10K with receipts
• Student loan assistance of $30K over the length of the contract, if applicable
• 38 days of PTO and CME time, including 6 legal holidays

• $5,500 annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement

Qualifications
• Family Medicine only (birth to geriatric)
• Board certified or board eligible, with intent to sit for boards
• Visa sponsorship candidates accepted
• Candidates available in 2026 or 2027
Position Details
• 3-year employment agreement
• Hospital employed, with full medical staff privileges at Oswego Health
• Monday to Friday, 7:00a to 5:00p; open to 4 or 5 day weeks (40 hours)
• Chronic disease management, adult medicine, well child visits, hypertension, diabetes
• No OB, some GYN, no sports medicine
• About 20 to 25 patients per day on an 8-hour day, or 25 to 30 on a 10-hour day
• Very light phone-only call, shared among all clinicians (high 20s); no rounding or inpatient work
• Per diem hospitalist shifts available if wanted
• Growing census, with retirements expected in 1 to 3 years
