### Assignment Details
• Location: Farmington, Maine
• Duration: Three-month minimum with potential extension to 6‚Äì9 months
• Schedule: Monday‚ÄìFriday
• Clinical Hours: Approximately 6‚Äì8 patient-facing hours daily
• Administrative Time: Approximately two hours of inbox work daily
• Lunch: 30-minute unpaid break
• Setting: Outpatient primary care
• Call: None
• Weekends: None
• Patient Volume: At least 16 visits per day
• Patient Population: Primarily adults
• Locations: May rotate among three local primary-care offices
• EMR: Epic
### Requirements
• Board certified
• Family Medicine trained
• Active Maine medical license
• Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
• Prior Epic experience
• Agency credentialing completed before presentation
• Two supervisor references and one peer reference from the past 12 months
• Disclosure of overall and locum-tenens experience
• Complete professional, employment, privileges, and conduct history

• Practice support includes approximately 12 physicians and 15 APPs across four practices
