• Start date: As soon as credentialed
• Assignment status: Ongoing
• 32 hours of patient-facing clinic care per week
• Approximately 16 patients per shift
• Outpatient family medicine
• No call
• No admissions
• No teaching or APP supervision responsibilities
• Epic EMR
• Approximately 90 days for credentialing
• Temporary privileges are not available
• Minnesota licensing costs may be reimbursed
### Clinical Support
• One RN supporting:
- Medication refills under established protocols - Patient-message triage - In-clinic patient care
• One-to-one medical assistant support
• Onsite phlebotomist
• Onsite laboratory and EKG services
• Onsite physical therapy
• Two additional office staff members
### Requirements
• Family Nurse Practitioner
• Minnesota APRN/FNP license required before starting
• Current BLS certification
• Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine
• Ability to provide 32 patient-facing hours per week
