Physician Gynecology - Competitive Salary

Gynecology Opportunity: Fulton, NYBenefits

• Salary range of $405K to $425K plus wRVU model
• $100K sign-on bonus
• Relocation reimbursement up to $10K with receipts
• Student loan assistance of $30K over the length of the contract, if applicable
• 38 days of PTO and CME time, including 6 legal holidays
• Health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability
• $5,500 annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement
• Malpractice paid by Oswego Health
Qualifications
• Board certified or board eligible, with intent to sit for boards
• Visa sponsorship candidates accepted
• Candidates available in 2026 or 2027
Position Details
• 3-year employment agreement
• Hospital employed; outpatient practice in Fulton, exact site to be decided
• Hybrid of outpatient clinic (Monday to Friday, 8a to 4:30p) and dedicated OR block time, still being set
• Bread and butter gynecology: infections, menstrual irregularities, hormone imbalances, gynecologic cancer
• Pap smears, pelvic and breast exams, and surgery of the uterus, pelvic organs and cervix
• da Vinci robot available in the OR
• 7 days of ED call per month in the base contract: 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days (weekend runs 5p Friday to 7a Monday)
• Joins 1 full-time gynecologist
• EMR: Meditech
