What You'll Do
- Provide direct inpatient care, including daily rounding, admissions and discharge planning
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital performance goals
- Contribute to clinical documentation and patient communication using the hospital's EMR
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care
- Unrestricted Alabama medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
