Inpatient Psychiatrist
to join our team in
Ann Arbor, Michigan . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Opportunity Details Position Type:
Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Schedule:
Monday through Friday, in-person coverage with additional responsibilities for weekend rounding and call. Location:

Psychiatry Hospital Information:
The hospital includes a 28-bed inpatient psychiatric unit and a Partial Hospitalization Program with a capacity of 24 chairs. Position Details:
This role offers a blend of inpatient psychiatry and consult-liaison services, with the opportunity to provide coverage for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Team Size:
5 attendings 2 APPs Teaching Opportunities:
Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and residents in a collaborative academic environment. Call Requirements:
Inpatient call rotation approximately every six days.

Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry with agreement to obtain within 12 months. Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained) Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include: Providing direct patient care Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Participating in teaching and mentoring Documenting in Epic EMR Engaging in quality improvement initiatives Supporting community health efforts Additional opportunities include participating in group education initiatives and pursuing continuing education to support ongoing professional growth and development.
