Job Description We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) physician to join our outpatient geriatric facility in Tucson, AZ. This role involves providing primary care and chronic care management 7 to 10 PPD. Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to geriatric patients.
• Manage chronic conditions and primary care needs.
• No Call

Qualifications:

• MD/FM or IM
• Board Certified
• BLS and DEA certifications required
• Arizona state licensure
• At least 1 to 2 years of previous experience desired

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
