Job DescriptionPosition Overview

  • Outpatient primary care position for Internal Medicine physicians

  • 100% office-based adult primary care in Ellington, Connecticut

  • Coordinated, team-based care model supporting longitudinal patient relationships

  • Use of EPIC EMR, Ambient AI, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and personalized care

Schedule & Call

  • Full-time weekday schedule

  • 4-day work week option with a 4/10 hybrid schedule " ask for details

  • No inpatient responsibilities

  • Phone call only, infrequent: approximately 1:3 weeks

Compensation & Incentives

  • Guaranteed base salary
