Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
Job Details:
- Permanent placement opportunity providing comprehensive gastroenterology services with approximately 12 patient encounters per shift
- Board certification required with active ACLS and BLS certifications
- Perform upper GI endoscopy including procedures with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeding sites (cautery/laser)
- Perform diagnostic ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
- Perform small bowel biopsy procedures
- Perform lower GI endoscopy including sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy
- Colonoscopy procedures to include biopsy and excision of polyp
- Provide esophageal manometry interpretation
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 90 days
- Start date: ASAP with ongoing engagement
