Job Description

SCHEDULE

  • Coverage Type: Inpatient
  • Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
  • Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
  • Schedule (per week): M-F + Call
  • Dates of Need: ASAP (Provider will start as soon as privileges are issued with a 6 month commitment
  • Shift Times: 9a-5p, seeing patients M, T, W, F, with an admin day on Thur
  • Lunch N/A unpaid
  • Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full time, 4 weeks/per month
  • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
  • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 per day
  • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

CREDENTIALING

  • Current CV Must be uploaded to bid
  • License: Active or IMLC
