QualificationsLicensure: An unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

At least one year of experience in geriatrics, outpatient primary care, private practice, or a similar setting is required.At least one year of experience in Managed care/value-based care is required.Physicians will be considered only if they hold a current Florida ACN license and have at least two years of senior-focused outpatient value-based care experience with Medicare Advantage patients.
